AN IPSALU TANTRA COMMUNITY
In Each Town that Wants One

After our first Level 1 Ipsalu course as participants, which was held a thousand miles away from home, we felt an excitement to share tantra personally with others. Energy in the Level 1 process was so sweet we were eager to experiment with living in that high vibration all the time with friends. We wanted to build and maintain a daily practice of Ipsalu techniques and realized that being surrounded by others in our hometown doing the same practices would be a great support. At that time there was no tantra in Ohio.

Little by little, step by step, quite unsure of what was to happen, we shared tantra with people in Cincinnati, our home city. At first there were simple conversations, then we invited people to experiential sessions of basic techniques. Gradually the group grew. We sponsored a Level 1 course with Bodhi facilitating. Thirty-four people dove deeply into Ipsalu Tantra. The vibration of the city appeared to change with a larger group doing Cobra Breath regularly. Twice a month tantrikas here meet in satsang, a Sanskrit term for coming together to do "awakening" practices. Babaji's energy of abundant love continues to inspire the birth of community.

Since then there have been three more Level 1 courses here, the last two facilitated by us after completion of the teacher training program. Last March in Cincinnati a fantastic group of 24 participants fully experienced all the energies and intimacies of the Level 2 course. Together we are opening chakras on an individual body level and simultaneously on a group community level. The whole region is awakening. Within diversity we are exploring ways to be one vibration.

Partnering with Bodhi or Ipsalu certified teachers, all it takes is one or two individuals with an intention to share tantra with others in their area.
