Catherine is an Ipsalu Certified Apprentice Teacher and Brennan Healing Science practitioner. Under the guidance of Nayano Burdine, her dedication to the Ipsalu Tantra path has helped her make the great leap to living from the heart, connect heart and sex, release shame and invite greater presence into her relationships.

In her healing practice, Catherine specializes in helping her clients make the most of their time here on earth, with areas of focus that help them ground into this earthly experience. Some of these areas include healing blocks in the creative process; transforming one's relationship with cooking; ancestral lineage healing; and of course, tantric yoga for embracing sacred sexuality, healing the senses, addressing issues with intimacy and unlocking divine love for blissful living through the heart. Catherine is currently working toward her Ipsalu mentorship certification. She leads Ipsalu Satsangs and yoga classes locally in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area.
