Our Teachers
All teachers listed on these pages are trained and certified to teach Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga, and are teachers in good standing. Cosmic Cobra Breath has been handed down from teacher to student for thousands of years — and it is the centerpiece of the science of Kriya Yoga. This ancient breath technique was long held secret because of its great power. It prepares the body and the mind for the safe, controlled movement of Kundalini.
