The daily practice is led by Nayano, and when she is away teaching workshops, you can experience the gifts of other Ipsalu teachers and community members leading the ASATE practice!! xo

Come together in practice to strengthen your energy body, open consciousness and feel the unity and oneness of humanity. This practice guides one inward to rediscover the beauty and silence of the heart, and the comfort one experiences when the illusion of separation is dissolved.

This practice is for Everyone!! Cobra grads of all levels from around the world, and anyone who is interested in experiencing the profound effects of the Ipsalu method. Because the group will be mixed, Ipsalu grads may practice the Cobra Breath during the transmutation stage of our practice. All others will be guided in a special transmutation breath.

We have a brief introduction circle, then an approximately 30-minute Ipsalu ASATE practice and silent meditation. After the meditation, there will be an option to extend the call for anyone who would like to be held in the heart-space, for expressing, sharing or inquiry.
